Established in 2013, Cross Creek Farms is a family-run cattle ranch nestled in the heart of Northeast Texas. From the beginning, our mission has been simple: to raise cattle with care and integrity, producing beef that is as naturally healthy as it is delicious. We believe the wellbeing of our herd is the foundation of exceptional quality, and we take great pride in providing our cattle with the attention, nutrition, and environment they deserve. Our beef comes from Hereford–Gelbvieh cross-bred steers, a pairing known for excellence in flavor and tenderness. Herefords are celebrated for their rich marbling and consistency, while Gelbvieh cattle contribute lean muscle, efficiency, and exceptional carcass yield. Together, this cross produces beef that is naturally juicy, well-marbled, and nutrient-dense, bringing you the perfect balance of tenderness, flavor, and quality you can taste in every bite.
