Cross Creek Farms Sheep

CCF has recently welcomed our first flock of sheep!  Sheep make a perfect partner for cattle in sustainable grazing systems. While cows prefer grasses, sheep happily eat many of the weeds and brush that cattle avoid. Running them together improves pasture balance, reduces invasive plants, and promotes healthier forage growth for the herd. This natural approach to land management minimizes the need for chemicals or heavy equipment, supporting both the livestock and the land.
